Bay Cycle Powersport Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

10 days for in stock parts (see exceptions below) with receipt. Helmets can be exchanged or in-store credit only within 4 days. Returns must be in original packaging and tags attached. Honda parts Special ordered parts are subject to a 25% return fee or $7 to cover freight. No refund on items under $30.00.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Tools, Electrical, Manuals, Batteries, Carb Kits, Multi-piece Parts Kit, Headsets, Special-Order Apparel, and all Arctic Cat Parts and Accessories. Questions? See Associate for Details.

RETURN CHECK FEE

$35.00 will be accessed for any returned checks.

SPECIAL ORDERS

A minimum handling charge of 50% will be assessed on all special orders. Special Orders will be held for 30 days from received date, if longer than 30 days the deposit will be forfeited.

LAYAWAYS

Layaways will be held for 30 days from purchase date, afterwards the item will no longer be available. if layaway option is due to a Special Order, then after 30 days from received date, deposit will be forfeited.
